Where applicable, the Customer will need to supply EEUK with a graphics layout to indicate the order in which the graphics should be installed. If this is not provided, EEUK will install the graphics in the order they see fit and reserve the right to charge for any rectifications required or refuse to rearrange.
Payment:
Payment will be made in full and cleared by the Customer at least 10 working days prior to the delivery date of any equipment. If orders are received less than 10 working days prior to the delivery date then payment must be made in full at the time of the placing of the order. In the event that payment in full is not received prior to the delivery date EEUK is under no obligation to deliver the items. Any consequential loss which flows from failure to deliver is the responsibility of the Customer and not EEUK.
Cancellations:
EEUK reserves the right with cancelled orders to apply the following charges:
- Up to 10 working days before the delivery date: no charge
- Within 10 working days of the delivery date: 50% of the invoice value
- Within 5 working days of the delivery date: 100% of the invoice value
Additional Items:
The Insured Risk passes to the Customer on delivery of the equipment. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take out adequate insurance cover against the risk of any loss, damage or injury arising out of any defects in the equipment. EEUK shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss, damage, costs or expenses or any other claims of compensation arising out of this agreement. The Insured Risk does not revert to EEUK until collection of goods.
The Customer is responsible for checking the equipment on delivery. Defects and shortages must be notified to EEUK immediately on delivery. EEUK will use its best endeavours to replace any defective equipment as soon as is reasonably possible. EEUK takes no liability for any defects in the equipment which the Customer has not brought to its attention.
The Customer agrees to EEUK taking photographs of the Exhibition stand for marketing purposes only unless specifically excluded in writing.
EEUK shall not be liable for any default or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay due to any circumstance beyond their control.
EEUK and the Customer will use reasonable endeavours to negotiate in good faith and settle any material dispute which may arise. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days of conclusion of any meetings which have taken place to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to refer the dispute to a neutral mediator, costs to be shared equally.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Hirer submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Your Data & Privacy:
EEUK will not sell or pass on any personal or professional data provided by the Customer to any other 3rd party.
Terms and Conditions – Excluding Printing
These conditions shall apply as between Exhibition Equipment UK Limited (EEUK) and the Customer in respect of services under the Agreement.
All proposals, quotations, contracts and order specifications between the parties will be subject to these terms and conditions. Any changes must be agreed to in writing by EEUK. EEUK is not bound by the Customer’s Terms and Conditions.
EEUK agrees to supply event equipment and deliver it. The order will be as per the invoice and specification attached hereto.
Hired Equipment:
The equipment hired remains the property of EEUK at all times.
The hire price quoted applies for the duration of the exhibition or event up to a maximum of 2 weeks and excludes VAT, which will be added to the Invoice at the rate ruling at the date of the invoice.
The Customer must notify EEUK of any changes to the specification as soon as possible and with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the event. Any changes of whatsoever nature cannot be guaranteed by EEUK.
In the event that the Customer damages any of the equipment hired by EEUK they shall notify EEUK immediately. EEUK reserves the right to charge the Customer a minimum 4 times the hire value. The Customer undertakes not to sell or relinquish possession, alter or modify the equipment in any way.
Keys not returned at the end of the Hire period as per the Order will be charged to the Customer at £25 per key.
Power leads not returned at the end of the Hire period as per the Order will be charged to the Customer at £30 per lead.
Payment:
